Do your chickens work out a lot? They look small and lean.

No, it’s probably down to their healthy diet and age. Unlike others, we use younger chickens that are 30 – 35 days old for that juicy, tender succulence. Older chickens have more muscle tissue and when cooked, taste tougher. We also use far less batter than other chicken restaurants.

Why so pricey?

We’re a full service restaurant (not fast food) and we use only the freshest, best quality, imported ingredients. For example, our chicken is fried using canola oil – the most expensive cooking oil – because it is better for your heart and your health.

It feels like I’m hatching an egg. Why is the waiting time so long?

All orders are prepared fresh. It takes about 15-20 minutes for a meal to reach your table and it comes hot from our kitchen. We don’t pre-cook meals, neither do we keep our chicken in a heated cabinet for up to 30 minutes like other chicken restaurants do. Every item on our menu is made with love and attention to detail.

I’ve heard stories about chickens laying golden eggs. What’s so special about yours?

Our chickens are…
• 100% natural, free of anti-biotics and growth hormones.
• Fresh and chilled, never frozen, so that each piece contains higher nutrition value and the texture of the meat is better.
• Cooked with natural ingredients – sauces derived from organic vegetables, fruits and natural salt. We don’t use MSG, ever. .
• Healthy. We use Canola Oil, which is healthier as it is low in saturated fats and high in unsaturated fats.
• Lower in calorie count, approximately 43Kcal per wing. A serving of 5 Original Soy Garlic wings is just 215 Kcal, the equivalent of 1 wing at fast food restaurants.
• Made to order every time.

You mean to say, you serve “kampung” chicken or free-range chicken?

No. We use broiler chickens (specially bred chickens raised for their meat), which are grown in sealed-off, air-conditioned modern sheds ensuring they are free from airborne viruses and diseases.

I like to keep things au naturel. Are your salads organic?

Yes. Our vegetables are sourced from established and reputable farmers. We also triple wash our salads to ensure they are free from any contaminants and pollutants before we serve them.
